Draft Trip Sweepstakes Official Rules

02Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, FantasyPros, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and of any other entity involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and each of their spouses) and persons living in their same households (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

03Entry period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. ET on August 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor's servers are the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

04How to enter

4.1 New entrants. During the Entry Period, visit leaguebase.com/fest, complete registration for a free Leaguebase account (no credit card or payment of any kind is required), agree to these Rules where indicated, and connect one or more Eligible Leagues (defined below) to your account. Each Eligible League connected to your account during the Entry Period constitutes one (1) entry, subject to the limits in Section 4.5.

4.2 Existing Leaguebase account holders. Existing Leaguebase account holders are entered automatically: each Eligible League connected to an entrant's account — whether connected before or during the Entry Period — constitutes one (1) entry, subject to the limits in Section 4.5. No new account, additional action, purchase, or payment is required.

4.3 Eligible League. An “Eligible League” is a fantasy football league that, as of the end of the Entry Period: (a) is hosted on Sleeper, Yahoo Fantasy, or ESPN Fantasy and connected to Leaguebase through the entrant's account; (b) has at least eight (8) team managers on the hosting platform; and (c) has completed its 2026 season draft or completed at least one prior season on the hosting platform. Eligibility of each entered league is determined as of 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2026 and verified by Sponsor prior to the drawing using data from the hosting platform. A league that does not meet these criteria at the time it is connected may still qualify if it meets them by the end of the Entry Period.

4.4 League verification. Entrants should keep each entered league connected to their Leaguebase account through completion of winner verification. If Sponsor cannot verify a league through the hosting-platform connection, Sponsor may request, and the entrant must timely provide, reasonable alternative verification (for example, commissioner confirmation or screenshots from the hosting platform); leagues that cannot be verified may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to verify league eligibility using hosting-platform data and to disqualify any entry from a league that Sponsor reasonably determines is not a bona fide fantasy league.

4.5 Entry limits. Limit one (1) entry per unique league, regardless of how many members of that league enter; the entry is credited to the account that first connected that league. Limit four (4) entries per person and per email address for the duration of the Entry Period, regardless of the number of accounts created; only the first four (4) Eligible Leagues credited to a person count as entries, and any entries exceeding the stated limits are void. Sponsor may disqualify any person who uses, or attempts to use, multiple accounts, email addresses, or identities to exceed the entry limits, and may void all associated entries. Entries generated by script, bot, macro, or other automated means are void. Entries are deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Leaguebase account, meaning the natural person assigned that email address by the applicable provider; a potential winner may be required to provide proof of being the authorized account holder.

4.6 Payment neutrality. Purchasing a Leaguebase subscription, converting a trial to a paid plan, or making any other payment to Sponsor does not affect eligibility or odds of winning in any way. Entry is not conditioned on agreeing to receive marketing communications; Sponsor will send service and Sweepstakes-administration communications to the account email address.

05Prize

5.1 Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize: a credit toward an in-person fantasy draft trip taken between March 1, 2027 and August 31, 2027 for members of the Eligible League associated with the winning entry, consisting of payment or reimbursement by Sponsor of Eligible Expenses (defined below) up to a maximum total value of $4,999. The winner is the individual entrant whose entry is drawn; the prize credit applies to a trip for members of the Eligible League associated with that winning entry. ARV: $4,999. Actual value depends on expenses incurred; any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded.

5.2 Eligible Expenses. “Eligible Expenses” are the following trip expenses, documented by itemized third-party receipts or invoices: (a) lodging; (b) event or venue space rental; (c) food and non-alcoholic beverages; and (d) air or ground transportation for league members to and from the trip destination. Sponsor will pay vendors directly or reimburse documented Eligible Expenses, at Sponsor's election.

5.3 Exclusions. The prize does not include, and Sponsor will not pay or reimburse: alcoholic beverages; cash, gift cards, or cash equivalents; gambling or wagering of any kind; travel insurance; incidentals; gratuities; or any cost or expense not expressly included in Section 5.2. The winner is solely responsible for all expenses exceeding the stated maximum and for all excluded and unstated items.

5.4 Deadlines. All Eligible Expenses must be incurred, and the trip completed, on or before August 31, 2027. Requests for direct vendor payment must be submitted to Sponsor at least thirty (30) days before payment is due. Requests for reimbursement, with itemized receipts, must be received by Sponsor no later than September 30, 2027. Any portion of the prize credit not used in accordance with these Rules is forfeited, with no substitute or cash equivalent.

5.5 Trip planning; Sponsor's role. Trip details, dates, destination, and vendors are selected by the winner and are subject to Sponsor's reasonable approval (including for legality, adequate documentation, and budget) and to availability. Sponsor is a payor and reimburser of Eligible Expenses only and is not the organizer, host, or operator of the trip. The winner is solely responsible for planning the trip and for the selection and conduct of vendors and guests. Trip participants attend at their own risk. Sponsor is not responsible for vendor failures, cancellations, travel disruptions, or other events beyond its reasonable control affecting the trip, and amounts already paid or reimbursed count against the prize credit and will not be reissued.

5.6 No substitution or transfer by winner. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If any component of the prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value.

5.7 Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the actual value of the prize (amounts actually paid or reimbursed) where required by law, and the winner must complete and return an IRS Form W-9 as a condition of receiving the prize.

5.8 Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

06Winner selection, verification, and notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 2, 2026, conducted by Sponsor using a documented randomization method. Selection as a potential winner does not constitute winning; a potential winner's entry and eligibility remain subject to verification, and the winner will be confirmed only after verification is complete.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address associated with the entry within five (5) business days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt. As conditions of receiving the prize, the potential winner must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability and Publicity Release (publicity release except where prohibited), and an IRS Form W-9 within ten (10) days of issuance. If a notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner does not respond within the required time, is found ineligible, or fails to return the required documents, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will select up to three (3) alternates using the same process; if the prize remains unclaimed after those attempts, it may not be awarded.

Cancelling a Leaguebase trial or subscription after entry does NOT affect eligibility to win or receive the prize.

07Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, league name, hometown, statements about the Sweepstakes, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

08General conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law. If the Sweepstakes is cancelled or suspended, Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to the action requiring cancellation or suspension.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or app or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any person responsible for such an attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor will not materially modify these Rules after the Sweepstakes begins except as permitted in this Section 8 or as required by law. Non-material corrections and clarifications will be noted in a changelog at the top of this page, and Sponsor will email account holders when changes affect their rights. In the event of a discrepancy or inconsistency between these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials or advertising, these Rules govern. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

09Release; limitations of liability; third-party platforms

By entering, entrants (on behalf of themselves and their heirs and assigns) agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor; FantasyPros; Sleeper, Yahoo, and ESPN; Meta Platforms, X Corp., Reddit, and TikTok; and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of the prize, including the trip.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications; technical malfunctions of any kind; or errors in, or the unavailability, inaccuracy, or discontinuity of, hosting-platform data or connections.

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all claims arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter (which are none), and in no event shall an entrant be entitled to attorneys' fees; and (b) entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages and any multiplication or increase of damages.

Sleeper, Yahoo, ESPN Fantasy, and all other third-party names and marks referenced are trademarks of their respective owners. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Sleeper, Yahoo, ESPN, Meta, X, Reddit, TikTok, or any other social media or fantasy hosting platform, and entrants release each of them from all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes. Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is provided to Sponsor and not to any such platform, and questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to any platform.

10Disputes; governing law

Except where prohibited: (a) all issues and questions concerning these Rules or the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules; (b) entrants agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class, collective, or representative action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of those courts; and (c) any claim arising out of the Sweepstakes must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises. If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11Winner list and rules request

For the name of the winner or a copy of these Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (Vermont residents may omit return postage) to be received by January 4, 2027 to: Leaguebase LLC, 823 Congress Ave., Suite 220, Austin, TX 78701, Attn: Draft Trip Sweepstakes. The winner list will be available after winner confirmation is complete, expected on or about November 16, 2026. These Rules are also available at leaguebase.com/fest/rules.

12Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at leaguebase.com/privacy. Entry information is used to administer the Sweepstakes and to provide the Leaguebase service the entrant registered for. Entry is not conditioned on consent to receive marketing communications.
