How Leaguebase works
Leaguebase is a clubhouse layered on top of Sleeper or Yahoo Fantasy. You don't replace your fantasy platform — you connect to it, and we add editorial content, analytics, social, and history alongside it. One commissioner pays per league, per season; members never pay.
Common questions
How do I connect my league?
From your dashboard, choose your platform. Sleeper just needs your username (no password — we use the public read-only API). Yahoo redirects you through OAuth and asks for read-only access to fantasy data.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page, choose Sign in with magic link and enter your email. We'll send a single-use link that signs you in without a password. Set a new one from Settings → Account once you're back in.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel from your league's Billing page (Dashboard → choose a league → Billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current season — you keep full access through it. Refunds aren't automatic, but we're reasonable; email support@leaguebase.com with what went wrong.
How do I export or delete my data?
From Settings → Privacy. Exports email you a JSON download link when ready. Deletions have a 72-hour cooling-off window — you can cancel during it. After that, your account is anonymized in active systems within minutes; backups age off on a finite schedule (full detail in our Privacy Policy).
Push notifications aren't working.
On iOS you must install Leaguebase as a PWA first (Share → Add to Home Screen) — Apple only allows web push from installed PWAs. On other platforms, allow notifications when the browser asks; if you previously denied them, re-allow in your browser settings before re-toggling in Leaguebase.
Sync looks stale.
Open the league's integration page and click Re-sync now. If it doesn't catch up, the page shows the last error code — email it to support@leaguebase.com and we'll dig in.
Something looks broken.
Hard-refresh first (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) — Leaguebase is a PWA and a stale cache can survive a deploy. If that doesn't fix it, send a screenshot, the URL, and the approximate time to support@leaguebase.com.
